The Maximator JET concept has been conceived for reliable, trouble-free operation. In other words, our systems are not only powerful and universal - they also ensure comfortable operation and are extremely easy to maintain.
Depending on the high-pressure pump employed, our waterjet cutting systems cut at up to 6,000 bar, using 1 to 10 litres per minute. The cutting width is 0.08 to 0.3 mm with a jet of pure water, and from 0.3 to 1.2 mm with an abrasive waterjet, depending on the nozzle used.
Our modular 2-D range is divided into three series: ECOCUT, STANDARD and PREMIUM, and is supplemented by the precision compact system. In the 3D field, we work both with 5‑axis portal systems and with robotic systems. Given this broad foundation, we can configure a tailor-made system to meet any demand, whether for simple two-dimensional pipe cutting applications or up to convoluted three-dimensional robot cutters.
