160_tmoWith this 3D waterjet cutting system, the robot is integrated overhead in a portal and is moved by an additional 7th axis. Very long components can be processed with this system. 

  • Low vibration, welded robot portal for the overhead assembly, with robot arm over the centre of the cutting surface, with a track motion axis (7th axis)
  • Stäubli RX160L robot arm, mounted overhead, with 6 axes
  • Stand-alone stainless steel collecting basin with draining
    and rinsing connections, and surfaces for holding workpiece
    carriers or heavy load supporting surfaces
  • Optional enclosure with high-speed door
