We offer a wide range of pressure generation units for almost any application, and so provide a cost optimised solution. The versions available range from pneumatically driven high pressure generators with compact dimensions in the pressure range from 100 to 5,500 bar for appropriate pump capacities, as well as hydraulically driven high pressure pumps, pumping at a flow rate of up to 10.2 l/min and at operating pressures as high as 6,000 bar.
The pressure intensifier is the essential component of a high pressure pump. An existing primary pressure is increased to a secondary operating pressure of up to 6000 bar, corresponding to the ratio between a low pressure piston to a high pressure piston. With a hydraulic pump, the primary pressure is generated by an oil-hydraulic unit.
