Products Tuning Performance & Effectiveness Additional Z-axis
For flexible multi-head operation.
There are two separately driven Z-axes on the machine bridge. The minimum distance between the Z-axes (cutting heads) is 320 mm. The maximum distance depends on the width of the machine's bridge (Y-axis). The distance between the cutting heads is controlled fully automatically by the cutting software.
A cutting head (pure water or abrasive) is mounted on each of the two Z-axes. In the abrasive version, each Z-axis is equipped with an abrasive metering system.
